This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments through FAC 2020-06 FAR revisions effective May 6, 2020, including all FAR Circulars issued as of the date of this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541110, Offices of Lawyers or 541199 All Other Legal Services. The small business size standard is $11.00 million. The Export-Import Bank of the US anticipates awarding performance based, Labor-Hour, multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for legal and aircraft-finance related services and other related services as may be requested by the EXIM Office of General Council.
