Notice of Intent - Qlik Saas (USDA STRATUS)

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price task order to Carahsoft Technology Corp. for Qlik Software as a Service (SaaS). This procurement, identified under NAICS 513210 for Software Publishers and PSC DA10 for IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service, will be executed through the USDA STRATUS Blanket Purchase Agreement. The scope of work encompasses licensing, support, and all services required to provide secure, scalable, and compliant data analytics and visualization. Carahsoft Technology Corp. is designated as the sole authorized reseller for Qlik SaaS under the STRATUS vehicle.

The anticipated period of performance includes a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, totaling a potential five-year duration. Performance will take place in Washington, DC. As a sub-agency of the USDA, FSIS is utilizing this existing contract vehicle to acquire mission-critical SaaS capabilities. There is no set-aside designated for this action (NONE).

While this notice does not constitute a request for competitive proposals, the agency will consider capability statements, proposals, or quotations submitted by responsible sources.
