The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Kitchen Cabinets Replacement Services at Mitsui Housing Compound U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Unit Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Construction Type Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the second quarter of calendar year 2017. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The successful contractor shall perform all works and construction activities including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for the replacement of kitchen cabinets at Mitsui Housing Compound (Mitsui Townhouses, Temple Townhouses, Perry Tower, Harris Tower, and Grew Towers) located at 2-1-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032, Japan. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform construction work in Japan.
