Sources Sought - IHS OCAO OEHE Division of Sanitation Facilities Construction CAD, GIS, and Surveying Capabilities

The Indian Health Service (IHS) Oklahoma City Area Office (OCAO), Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE), Division of Sanitation Facilities Construction (SFC) is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping, and surveying services. These services support the development and operation of safe water, wastewater, and solid waste systems for Native American tribes and Alaska Native villages. Specific project activities include surveying properties and providing technical design for the installation of wells, septic tanks, drain fields, aerobic systems, water lines, and sewer lines for individual Indian homes. Performance occurs across field offices in Oklahoma and Kansas, including Clinton, Okmulgee, Holton, Pawnee, Lawton, Shawnee, and Miami.
