This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number 36C78620Q02076. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. Scope: The contractor shall be responsible for providing and applying herbicide as well as provide only fertilizer at Black Hills National Cemetery to include ( Fort Meade and Hot Springs). PRICE SCHEDULE: Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment, tools and supplies to provide and apply herbicide as well as provide only fertilizer services for Black Hills National Cemetery following National Cemetery Administration standards. Evaluation Process: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on price alone.
