LOCAL CONTRACTORS: In accordance with FAR 26.202-1, the possible acquisition will be limited to local contractors. All required material, labor, transportation, and facilities shall be available locally.
This possible requirement will be a local area Total Small Business set-aside for vendors residing in or primarily doing business in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Southeast Region (Region 4) consisting of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
