Electrical Construction

The National Institute of Standards of Technology (NIST) Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract(s) for Electrical Construction. The Period of performance shall be a five-year ordering period. All work and services will be ordered by issuance of individual firm-fixed priced task orders. The IDIQ contract is estimated to have a total Contract ceiling over the entire five-year period of performance not to exceed $9,000,000. Individual year task order values may or may not exceed the estimated values. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the Contract, is $4,000. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business firms. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of proposals, Offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements set forth in solicitation. Offerors who fail to submit all required information per the instructions may be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered for award. The following instructions will establish the acceptable requirements for the format and contents of proposals. Proposal Submission. The Government will be accepting electronic submission via email only. Offerors are required to submit their proposals electronically via email to the following addresses: i. [email protected] ii. Offerors shall use the following email subject line Electrical Construction IDIQ _ 1333ND24RNB190010 Submission due dates: Site Visit: July 9, 2024, at 10:00am EST RFI Due Date: July 12,2024, at 3:00pm EST RFQ Due Date: July 25,2024, at 1:00pm EST An organized site visit is scheduled for: 10:00am. EST, July 9, 2024. Only one site visit will be conducted. Offerors shall email a list of site visit attendees to [email protected] and copy to Richard. [email protected] by 1:00pm. EST, July 6, 2024, with the following information: a. Name (first, middle, last) as it appears on your Government issued ID. b. Company name. c. Email of a site visit attendee The Government will then site visit details to the emails provided. The Government plans to share the list of site visit attendees with both interested vendors (as found on www.sam.gov) and site visit attendees if email is provided per above. Amend 0001 Is hereby issued to respond to Contractor RFIs, provide a copy of Site Visit Contractor attendance list and extend the RFP due date to July 31, 2024 at 1pm (est).
