Flight Testing Services

Amendment 0002. All references to FAA Engineering Indoctrination Course are hereby omitted. The due date and time for proposal submission remains unchanged. Amendment 0001. SIR DTFACT-17-R-00028 is now attached. Section C includes the SOW. The Federal Aviation Administration William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for flight testing services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541380 laboratory testing services, with a size standard of $15 million. Proposals for this requirement will be evaluated using a tiered evaluation. The first tier is set aside for small businesses under the applicable NAICS code 541380. If no award may be made from a small business proposal, proposals from other than small businesses will be considered. Please note we are unable to post the testing plans online. Interested parties must request they be emailed. Emails requesting the testing plans must be sent to the Contracting officer at [email protected]. Contractors submitting proposals must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submittal. Section L includes proposal due date and time.
