This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached.The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) # HHSI2462019Q0007.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-100, October 2018. The Indian Health Services, Oklahoma Area intends to make multiple awards for firm-fixed price non-personal service family practice physician service blanket purchase agreements for base plus three option years. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 621111 with a standard business size of $11.0 M.
