***THIS MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO CHANGE THE ITEM DESCRIPTIONFROM BEZEL INSTRUMENT TO WHAT IS INDICATED BELOW*** *This requirement is for support of the CRANE, AIRCRAFT CRASH HANDLING & SALVAGE A/S32A, NSN: 5895-01-226-5116; Panel Indicator. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a 1C item; the approved sources are: Burke Products, Inc., PN BP 15896 REFLECT GREEN- CAGE 27361 and Transicoil LLC DBA Ads Transicoil, PN L307007 REFLECT GREEN - CAGE 82686. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Refer to clause provision 52.217-9002 for submission of Alternate offers. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 44 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 220 each.
