Work Includes: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kanopolis and Wilson Lake Projects is in need of existing road maintenance. Project will include HMA patching, chip sealing, concrete construction and other related work. Contractor must include in their pricing all plant, labor, equipment, and all materials necessary for a complete installation. Project is broken into a Base CLIN and multiple Optional CLINs. Optional CLIN may or may not be exercised as part of the Contract.
The anticipated contract will be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
Estimated Period of Performance: 270 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP)

NWK intends to hold a site visit during the solicitation period, as yet to be determined (TBD). This scheduled site visit will enable potential contractors to further understand the history behind the requirement as well as tour certain areas of specific interest for the intended requirement. Attendance at site visit is not a requirement and in no way will it have any effect on any company from submitting a response to this Sources Sought Notice and/or a response to any forthcoming solicitation.
