Exterior / Interior Painting

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan has an Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. W912C323B0001 for Exterior and Interior Painting of Buildings and  Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) at Fort Buchanan, PR 00934

The IFB will be posted on or about January 6, 2023. The Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract for one (1) Base Year of 12 months plus four (4) Option Years of twelve months each if exercised by the Government.

This solicitation will be issue to 8(a) Firms on a Competitive Basis for Certified Program Participants within the SBA District of Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island only.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238320.

The size standard is $19M.

The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. 

Contractors are required to submit the bid a guarantee IAW 52.228-1 equivalent to 20% of the total estimated amount of the requirement.  

Funds will be allocated  for the work required by the Government based on Individual delivery orders.
