Water Management Enterprise System (WMES) and Corps Water Management System (CWMS) Software Development, Security Compliance Requirements, and Software Support for USACE IWR Hydrologic Engineer Center

This announcement consistutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services. The Government anticipates award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period consisting of a base year and four (4) one-year options. Task Orders issued against this IDIQ will be Firm Fixed-Price. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government using a tradeoff source selection process. Please note all RFP amendments or other publicly releasable information will reside within this announcement in the Contract Opportunites section of SAM.gov. Proposal submissions are due no later than 4:30PM, Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, 1 July 2022. To be eligble for award, offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Nopaper copies of proposals will be accepted. Offerors are responsible for themselves to check SAM.gov for amendments to this solicitation.
