Dust Suppressant IDIQ

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation necessary for the delivery of dust suppressant to Fort McCoy in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Solicitation W911SA23Q1004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Serices.as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price, single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 March 2023 - 29 February 2028 or subsequent date.
