Detection K9 Services for Watercraft Inspections of Zebra and Quagga Mussels

This sources sought, in accordance with FAR Part 10, is to conduct market research on industry capability to provide K9 Detection Services for zebra and quagga mussels for the Department of Interior, National Park Service (NPS).
