All other information remains the same. Original Description: Municipal Services (MS) for the 63d Readiness Division (RD)_Region 4. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this solicitation for Municipal Services for 63rd Readiness Division in Region 4 at multiple locations to include AZ, NM, NV, and TX. The services to be provided may include but are not limited to: Janitorial Services such as space cleaning, floor care, restroom services as well as Grounds Maintenance Services such as mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants. See attached DPW Operations map for multiple locations covered in Region 4. The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of a three-year base plus two one-year options.
