D--Hydrologic Database On-Call Support Services

The Bureau of Reclamation has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hydrologic Database (HDB) On-Call Support Services under solicitation number 140R3026Q0095. This requirement covers technical support, troubleshooting, and software development for HDB instances in the Lower Colorado Basin. This is a noncompetitive sole-source procurement for Precision Water Resources Engineering, Inc., following the expiration of a previous IDIQ contract. The performance period runs from June 10, 2026, through June 9, 2027. Work can be performed remotely or from Department of the Interior (DOI) offices, provided personnel meet technical qualifications in Oracle, Python, and Java. The solicitation includes a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a CLIN structure for labor, travel, and software subscriptions. Amendment 0001 incorporates a Questions and Answers document, which clarifies that while resumes are not required, technical documentation must be provided to demonstrate capability.
