North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1250, apply to this procurement. This acquisition is 100% unrestricted. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award an IDIQ Contract from this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
