Mission Support - WMD Threat Reduction Consultation Services

The Department of State Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation (ACN) is seeking advisory and assistance services to coordinate global efforts against Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats. This support covers border protection, nonproliferation, counter-smuggling, and the removal or destruction of WMD and conventional munitions. The requirement is for a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year period of performance and a $50 million ceiling. Personnel must be ready to deploy internationally within 48 hours, often to locations without U.S. government legal protections. Proposals are due July 1, 2026. A Secret Facility Security Clearance (FCL) is required at the time of submission. An awardee for solicitation 19AQMM26R0156 is ineligible for this award. Work involves rapid-response consulting for the removal or disablement of WMD, munitions, and dangerous materials. The Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation (ACN) and the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (NDF) require technical consulting to prevent the spread of nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons. This IDIQ facilitates the removal or destruction of weapons systems and infrastructure in coordination with host countries.
