The proposed procurement is for (2) NSNs (4330-01-478-8506 and 4330-01-479-1012). These NSNs are Code and Part Numbered Items. The approved source manufacturer are: SPX Corporation Dehydration Div., (00819) and Pacific Consolidated Industries, LLC, (75906). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement will be for an acquisition that would contain a 3-year base program, with the potential for (2) one-year options. The total contract length will not exceed five (5) years. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. Small Business size standard for these NSNs is 500. This procurement will be solicited as a Total 100% Small BusinessSet-Aside utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about April 9, 2018. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation.
