D--Results for the solicitation for Worldwide Communications and Infrastructure Support (WCIS) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) holders

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) announced the selection of multiple contractors to receive Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for Worldwide Communications and Infrastructure Support (WCIS).
