Original Description

The 410th Combat Support Battalion-RCO MIAMI did a sources sought on or about June 21 -28, 2024, for a contract opportunity called Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Service Contract. This requirement was renamed renamed Joint Information Operations Planning Support. The Contractor shall support with coordinating, training, planning, integrating, sustaining,enabling, supporting, and executing OIE in support of USSOUTHCOM operations world-wide,subordinate plans, operations orders, deliberate and contingency operations, and activities asrequired by Commander, U.S. Southern Command. It is foreseeable that changes in therequirements, publications, laws, software, and systems will occur during the performance periodof this contract. Supporting efforts, tasks, and focus may vary given directed changes by the USCommander in Chief, the Secretary of Defense, or Commander, USSOUTHCOM or a crisis eventrequiring USSOUTHCOM to take immediate action. The Contractor and their workforce musthave the ability to successfully adapt to these changes and accomplish all performancerequirements. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary toperform the full range of operations in the information environment as defined in this PerformanceWork Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP)and government furnished services (GFS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in thiscontract. Contractor will support all United States Southern Command USSOUTHCOM J39 IOdivision-wide tasks required to support and conduct day-to-day operations. The contractor shallprovide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision,and other items and services necessary to perform information operations planning and execution as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as GFP and GFS. The contractor shallperform to the standards in this contract. Contractor will immediately notify COR if contractorbelieves other government personnel are tasking the contractor outside the scope of this contract.
