S--Provide facility support services for the Pacific Missile Range Facility on the Island of Niihau, Hawaii

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends to issue a sole source contract to Niihau Ranch, LLC for facility support services at the Pacific Missile Range Facility on the island of Niihau, Hawaii. This requirement is being pursued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, because the proposed contractor holds private title to the island and maintains restricted access that prevents non-residents from staying overnight. This procurement is classified under NAICS 561210 Facilities Support Services and PSC S.

The scope of work includes pest control, grounds and road maintenance, fuel and oil support, and solar battery support. Additional requirements involve maintenance of government-furnished equipment, generator changeouts, helicopter support, ground transportation, and general labor support services.
