Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award - Practical Nurse Curriculum

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W) of the Department of the Army intends to issue a sole-source award to Elsevier, Inc. for a one-year textbook curriculum learning program. This procurement supports the continuation of the 68C Course for the Army’s Practical Nursing Specialists certification and licensure. The acquisition will be conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 to provide necessary educational materials at the place of performance in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas.
