NOTE: RFQ has been re-opened and response due date is now April 16, 2010 @ 1700 Pacific time. The purpose of this Request for Quotations and any resultant Agreements is to acquire the services of Type 1, 2 and 3 Support Water Tenders and Types 3 & 6 Wildland Fire Engines for use on a local, Regional and Nationwide basis. The Agreements will be competitively awarded by Dispatch Centers within Region 5 of the Forest Service and may be used for wildland fire suppression, all hazard activities and severity. Awards resulting from this solicitation will be made using the Cascading Set-Aside Proceedure (i.e. HUBZone and SDVOSB).
