This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 in conjunction with 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is1605C4-20-Q-00024 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-08 thru August 13, 2020 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120 (Industrial Gas Manufacturing). This requirement is a total small business set aside with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. Only qualified Contractors will be considered. Contract line items are outlined within the attached document labeled 1605C4-20-Q-00024. Delivery: The product shall be delivered as delivery orders are issued. Potential Contractors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with your quote OR be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
