LRDR HMHS Campus SATOC

The Department of the Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Alaska District, is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) enclosure maintenance, surveillance, and sustainment services. This work supports the Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) Campus at Clear Space Force Station, Alaska, which encompasses the Mission Control Facility, LRDR Power Plant, and the LRDR Equipment Shelter. The scope of work includes organizational briefings, updating the maintenance and sustainment program plan, and quarterly reporting for hardness critical items and assemblies. Technical efforts involve RF/EMI deficiency investigations, shield corrosion treatment, the design and construction of special protected volumes, and sparing analysis for parts procurement.
