PKA - USAF Band – Production Services BPA

The Department of the Air Force’s 11th Contracting Squadron is seeking to establish multiple unpriced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide production support services for the United States Air Force Band. Under solicitation number FA706026Q0009, the agency intends to create a pool of qualified vendors to compete for firm-fixed-price task orders that provide supplemental production assets for high-visibility musical missions. This requirement is classified under NAICS 711320 Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar Events without Facilities and PSC G003 SOCIAL- RECREATIONAL. There is no set-aside designated for this procurement.

Contractors will provide comprehensive production support, including skilled technical labor, professional-grade equipment rentals, and logistical services to augment internal teams. Specific requirements include specialized personnel such as audio and lighting engineers and video directors, as well as equipment ranging from custom sound systems to large-scale LED video walls and rigging. Logistical support involves commercial trucking, venue coordination, and the provision of power generation or staging assets. All services will be performed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling or various venues within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to meet the premier standards of the United States Air Force.

The period of performance for the resulting agreements is five years from the date of award. Responses are due by May 20, 2026.
