The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Littleton, Colorado is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation 15B40318Q00000059, for the requirement of: Weekly bread orders for the 4th quarter. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation will be FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Deliveries may not be accepted prior to July 1, 2018. All orders will be delivered prior to September 30, 2018. Additional orders may be required on occasion, on days/times mutually agreed upon between the FCI and the Contractor. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 9595 W. Quincy Avenue, Littleton Colorado, 80123. FCI Englewood shall place one order each week for delivery the following week. The Federal Bureau of Prisons Food Service Warehouse at FCI Englewood is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-2:00pm. All deliveries are scheduled by appointment only. It is recommended that the vendor contact the FCI Food Service Department to notify of all deliveries. A reply email will be sent once a quote is received, please call 303-763-4318 if a reply email is not received within 24 hours(not including weekends/holidays) of submitting the quote.
