Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for twenty-two (22) superglue fuming chamber with UV contamination

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Acquisition and Property Management Division intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Foster & Freeman USA INC for twenty-two superglue fuming chambers with UV decontamination. These units must be brand new and certified to the manufacturer’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The procurement is categorized under NAICS 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) and PSC 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies), with an SBA (SBA) set-aside designation.

This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, as the agency has determined that only one responsible source can satisfy the specific requirements.
