3. Description of Requirement
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) FLC San Diego, has awarded a five-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Aquila International, LLC.
