70--NCA Kiosk Installation and Maintenance Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 36C10A18Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and has been amended, Amendment 02, as indicated in Item 10 below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on a restricted basis, as a total set-aside for small business vendors. The proposed action is to establish a single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase and installation of new gravesite locator kiosks, to include maintenance for all new and pre-existing kiosks. Delivery orders will be placed against this contract on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective November 06, 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118 - Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with associated small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The estimated project start date January 01, 2018 with a five year ordering period to end December 31, 2022. The Questions and Answers window has now closed. Answers to all questions will be consolidated and posted to FBO as they are answered and no further extension requests are expected to be granted at this time. To be considered eligible for award, your proposal must contain: Volume I Technical Volume II Price (which MUST include completed Attachment 03 Price List) Volume III Reps and Certs Amendment 02 includes Questions and Answers Batch 2, to include three additional attachments specific to the answers provided.
