Delivery Requirements:
Dialyzers will be shipped in cases of 12 or 24 units meeting the requirements above. Orders for dialyzers will be placedin the form of delivery orders issued by the USMCFP Contracting Office. Delivery orders will be placed on an as neededbasis.All deliveries shall be made from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time to the warehouse. Dialyzers shall be deliveredMonday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. All deliveries shall typically be made no later than five business daysafte receipt of a delivery order. Delivery will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. SunshineStreet,Springfield, MO 65807.
