E-2D Award- E-2D Aircraft ARC-210 GEN 5 Radio & Control Display Unit (CDU)

The Office of the Secretary has issued an award notice for solicitation N00421-25-RFPREQ-TPM209-0562 to provide E-2D aircraft ARC-210 GEN 5 radio and Control Display Unit (CDU) support. This delivery order was awarded on a sole-source basis to Rockwell Collins, Inc. under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-21-G-0005. The contract utilizes Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) line items to integrate TSV Suite A and B functionality and Integrated Warfare (IW) alongside software updates transitioning radios from version 7 to version 8. The work is classified under NAICS 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, and PSC 5826, Radio Navigation Equipment, Airborne.

The scope of work includes modifying Block II AVC-4712 and CDU (AFD-3210) software to support the E-2D aircraft and interfacing with GEN 5 radio Cryptographic Modernization (CM). This effort also encompasses necessary updates to existing Software Development Stations (SDSs), or test stands, to facilitate software development and testing in support of PMA-209. Performance will take place in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the notice was published on June 4, 2026. No set-aside was used for this procurement.
