MICC Center - Fort Knox is soliciting forPortable Latrine, Hand Wash Station, and Shower Rentalsfor a base year with four (4) one-year option periods for U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Knox, KY.This requirement will support the Fort Knox Department of Public Works, Fort Knox, KY. The NAICS is 562991 with a size standard of $8M. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov. It is the bidders responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website ishttps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be received by the contracting officer not later than 4 March 2020 at 2:00 PM (Fort Knox Local Time) in order to allow a response prior to the bid due date. No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this Invitation For Bids (IFB). The IFB can only be changed by formal written amendment issued by Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Knox.
