The anticipated requirement supports the agency’s Microsoft 365 environment and related systems, encompassing application development, system enhancements, operations and maintenance, and modernization support across various enterprise platforms. This notice serves to assist in the development of an Independent Government Cost Estimate and to determine an appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set-aside decisions.

Performance will take place in Washington, DC, under NAICS 541512 for Computer Systems Design Services and PSC DA01 for IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Support Services (Labor). Although the government is currently considering NAICS 541512 and 541519, there is no set-aside designated for this requirement at this stage.
