Live Open and Closed Captioning Support

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued solicitation 273FCC24Q0016 to procure live open and post-captioning services for approximately 200 annual events. These events include open agenda meetings, press conferences, public workshops, field hearings, training programs, and other agency functions conducted over the course of the fiscal year. Performance primarily occurs at the FCC Headquarters in Washington, DC, but requirements may extend to other geographic locations throughout the United States.

The agency intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple awards distributed to two vendors. Selections will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quotes submitted in accordance with the Request for Quotation. This requirement is classified under NAICS 541930 for Translation and Interpretation Services and PSC R608 for Support- Administrative: Translation and Interpreting.

Responses for this solicitation are due by April 22, 2024.
