FPC Duluth Roman Catholic Services Requirement

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Duluth, Duluth, Minnesota, intends to award a sole source procurement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Diocese of Duluth, 2830 East Fourth Street, Duluth, MN 55812-1501, for the provision of Catholic Priest Services at the Federal Correctional Institution Sandstone, Sandstone, Minnesota and Federal Prison Camp Duluth, Duluth, Minnesota. The period of performance for this procurement will be October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 with four option year periods. The NAICS Code is 813110. This notice of intent in not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Other vendors who believe they can meet the requirement may provide written notification to the contracting officer by 12:00 PM CST, September 07, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply services that will meet the requirement in a satisfactory manner. Vendors must also provide references and show competition would be advantageous to the government. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
