Trimble TSC510 Controllers

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), intends to execute a sole-source acquisition for 74 Trimble TSC510 Controllers. This procurement includes required accessories and Trimble Access annual software for use within the Missouri area. The TSC510 units are paired specifically with Trimble Access software, and the agency has identified Seiler Geospatial as the only authorized contractor available to provide the necessary equipment and services. This requirement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.

The project is classified under NAICS 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and PSC 6675 DRAFTING, SURVEYING, AND MAPPING INSTRUMENTS. The notice, identified by solicitation number AD-1171875, includes an SBA SBA set-aside. Performance of the contract will take place in Columbia, Missouri.

Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, the government will consider capability statements from responsible sources that document their ability to satisfy these requirements. Submissions must be received by Holly Votruba no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2026. All respondents must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov to be eligible for consideration. The government maintains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the requirement based on the responses received.
