Solicitation: W91248-17-R-0001 Procurement Type: Pre-solicitation Title: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Fort Campbell, Kentucky Class Code: Z NAICS: 236220 DESCRIPTION: The 922nd Contracting Battalion-Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Campbell, KY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W91248-17-R-0001 for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for construction services for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Vendors interested in this requirement should access www.fbo.gov for issuance for the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. The project will be used to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction projects on real property at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. During the contract period, the Government will identify construction tasks required to complete each specific project. The projects will include tasks associated with Construction, repair and alternation of various facilities. Minor construction and real property maintenance, remodel, and repair to include but not limited to: (i). Civil Engineering (ii). Architectural Engineering (iii). Mechanical Engineering (iv). Electrical Engineering (v). Structural Engineering (vi). General Labor TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFP will result in contract award of not more than seven Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 226220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be HUBZone Small Business set-aside. SELECTION PROCESS: Award will be made to the low price technical acceptable offerors in accordance with evaluation criteria listed in the solicitation pursuant to FAR 15.101-2. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: There will be a five year ordering period with the total value of the contract not to exceed $175,000,000 over a five year ordering period. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or after 1 March 2017. A Pre-proposal meeting will be held.
