The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 14th Contracting Squadron (FA3022 14 CONS LGCA), has issued solicitation FA302226R0013 for landscaping and groundskeeping services. This requirement is designated as an SBA (SBA) set-aside under NAICS 561730 for Landscaping Services and PSC S208 for Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to maintain grounds at Columbus Air Force Base and Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield in Mississippi. The scope includes promoting the healthy growth of grass, trees, shrubs, and plants to ensure a professional appearance in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Performance is results-based, allowing the contractor discretion regarding the frequency and method of work to meet service levels evaluated by the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
The contract includes a base year running from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, followed by four one-year options extending through September 30, 31. Electronic proposals are due by July 7, 2026. Prior to accessing drawings and other controlled unclassified information (CUI) documents, offerors are required to complete CUI training slides and submit a signed training acknowledgment form to the point of contact, Jaelin Bankhead.
The solicitation has been updated via Amendment 1 to include site visit sign-in sheets, grounds maps, and the training acknowledgment form among its 12 total attachments. While a site visit was conducted on June 11, 2026, the deadline for submitting questions regarding the requirement is June 18, 2026. All work will be performed on-site at Columbus Air Force Base and the Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield.
