Combine Fire and Arson Investigation Training to include but not limited to Advanced Origin and Cause / Courtroom Testimony and Arson for Prosecutors classes Synopsis/Solicitation

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking individual instructors to provide fire and arson investigation training for the National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR). The training scope includes, but is not limited to, Advanced Origin and Cause, Courtroom Testimony, and Arson for Prosecutors courses delivered to a broad range of students. The agency intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to qualified sources based on their specific knowledge and experience.

Services will be performed at the ATF NCETR facility in Huntsville, Alabama, over a five-year performance period. These BPAs establish a streamlined method for acquiring training on an as-needed basis through individual calls or orders, though they do not include guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. To remain on the active calling list, selected vendors or instructors must acknowledge all calls and orders issued under the agreement.
