Program Management/Service Revealed Deficiency (PM/SRD) Component Improvement Program (CIP) R&D Engineering Services

The Department of the Army, specifically the AFSC PZAAB1 at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, has issued a pre-solicitation notice for Program Management and Service Revealed Deficiency (PM/SRD) Component Improvement Program (CIP) R&D Engineering Services.
