Reference Laboratory Testing Services for VISN 7 Medical Centers located in Augusta, Atlanta and Dublin, Georgia; Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery and Tuskegee, Alabama; Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina. The contract period is April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011 with four one-year options to extend. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The NAICS Code is 621511. GSA SCHEDULE BIDS ONLY. Prospective offerors for this procurement MUST have the services on an existing GSA Schedule Contract. Open market items may only be offered in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of the respective GSA Schedule Contract AND upon approval from the Contracting Officer in accordance with solicitation terms and conditions.
