Jun 10, 2019 The FAA has a current requirement for Multiple General Aviation Aircraft, Full Flight Simulator Pilot Training for various aircraft (See attached Schedule B of the solicitation for different airplane types and requested training) for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification pilots employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Please complete all fill-ins such as, Section K that must be completed and submitted with the proposal. Please submit a response to all evaluation criteria listed in Section L & M of the solicitation. All questions must be submitted by June 21, 2019 to allow adequate time to respond before the closing date of the announcement. (Please see attached Solicitation). This market survey is to identify capable sources for Multiple General Aviation Aircraft Full Flight Simulator Pilot Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification pilots employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside the Competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.
