Warfare Effectiveness Department WINN-TS Contractor Support Services

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is soliciting contractor support services for the Warfare Effectiveness Department (WED) located at Patuxent River, Maryland. This requirement involves the analysis, development, and sustainment of permanent flight clearance data products, as well as the creation of materials to support the fleet introduction of updated or new weapons systems. The selected contractor will also develop training materials and curriculums and provide subject matter expertise to support fleet introduction and “train the trainer” activities.
