Original Description

This contract is being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architect Engineers Act, the provisions outlined in FAR Subpart 36.6 and the procedures provided in Engineer Pamphlet (EP) 715-1-17, section 3-16. Architect-Engineers (A-E) will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services required. The services will consist of cost engineering services to support various projects within or assigned to the Huntington District, US Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. A minimum of three (3) firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Cost Engineering Services. The shared not exceed amount is $10,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders. The minimum guaranteed amount is $10,000.00 for the entire contract to include option periods. Task Orders may be awarded between $2,500.00 and $2,000,000.00 based on historical need. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in May 2023. North America Industrial Classification System (NAICs) code is 541330, which has a size standard of $25,500,000.00 in average annual receipts.
