BPA Order for Port Handling and Inland Transportation in Indonesia

The Department of the Army, through the 0413th Contracting Support Battalion, has issued a pre-solicitation notice for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Orders to facilitate Port Handling and Inland Transportation Services (PHIT) in Indonesia. The scope of work includes port operations and inland transportation to move cargo from points of origin to destination for U.S. Government personnel.
