View moreThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Inspection Services. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is requesting quotes for a commercial services contract with performance to take place at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (Bremerton, WA), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (Everett, WA), and Trident Refit Facility Bangor (Silverdale, WA) for NRTL field evaluation services. The purpose of NRTL services is to verify that installed IPE and its component parts are in compliance with OSHA standards concerning machine guarding and electrical safety.
