This is the synopsis for the recurrent bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast purchase programs. The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract resulting from this announcement. Further, the government may choose to award one of the three possible duration periods pending the individual evaluation of the concurrent offers submitted with respect to the different contracting periods as stipulated in the Offer Submission Package: 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. The ordering period for the 1-year contract starts from the date of award through August 31, 2014. The delivery period is date of award through August 31, 2014, with a 30-day carryover. The ordering period for the 2-year contract starts from the date of award through August 31, 2015. The delivery period is date of award through August 31, 2015, with a 30-day carryover. The ordering period for the 5-year contract starts from the date of award through August 31, 2018. The delivery period is date of award through August 31, 2018, with a 30-day carryover.
